• To request maintenance services from the MMOD’s you must coordinate through M3D’s MOC-M.
• Customers can request a maintenance work order by submitting a ticket through the following link: https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/T7RXSW7J3L
• If the ticketing service is not working, please email the MOC to request your RMA at usarmy.detrick.usamma.list.m3d-moc-m@army.mil

Medical Maintenance Operations DivisionS 

The Medical Maintenance Operations Divisions (MMOD) provides sustainment level and below sustainment maintenance support for standard and select nonstandard medical devices to all Army components, authorized DoD activities, and other federal agencies.
 
MMOD Functions and Accountabilities:

• Provide wholesale and retail medical materiel maintenance services for U.S. Army operational organizations.
• Provides calibration and repair services for Medical Test, Measurement, Diagnostic Equipment- Special Purpose (TMDE-SP).
• Provide forward deployed sustainment level expertise, Forward Repair Activity-Medical (FRA-M).
• Execute a sustainment maintenance program.
