USAMMC-K customer support division capabilities:

  • Establish and manage organization CL VIII accounts in TEWLS
  • Provide TEWLS and CSDP training
  • Create, release, and change sales orders
  • Monitor sales orders and deliveries
  • Provide CL VIII turn-in procedural training
  • Facilitate military inter-departmental purchase requests (MIPR)
  • Process new item requests (NIR)
  • Process supply discrepancy reports (SDR)
  • Provide reporting for sales and reconciliation
  • Provide supply discrepancies reporting and solutions
  • Conduct customer site visits and enable face to face interactions
  • Host semi-annual Customer Support Conferences
  • Provide continuous education to customers
