Internal Control administrator
Serves as USAMMC-K's point of contact for institutionalizing, monitoring and continually improving business results while ensuring
proper internal controls are in place and reported. Advances the Army's regulatory internal control program at USAMMC-K
as well as quality control and management by monitoring and reporting on program compliance (inspections and audits).
Balanced Scorecard
Serves as the Balanced Score Card (BSC) manager and developer, detailed strategic management requirements and integrate
key aspects of specific Balanced Score Cards (BSCs) and action plans necessary for long-range implementation and administration
of programs.
TDA
Serves as TDA manager and processes TDA changes such as position title, grade, MOS/SQI, ASI, AMS codes, MDEP and
SWC code, etc and maintain up-to-date TDA documents for audit trail of authorization realignment in each management
of change window.
Lean Six Sigma
Serves as the Lean Six Sigma manager and works on a project dealing with our pharmaceutical returns process.
