FORT DETRICK, Md. - Col. Deon Maxwell, right, commander of U.S. Army Medical Logistics Command, passes the unit colors to Command Sgt. Maj. Andrew DeCola during a change of responsibility ceremony June 22 at Fort Detrick, Maryland. DeCola assumed responsibility as AMLC’s new senior enlisted adviser from Command Sgt. Maj. Gabriel Wright.
