FORT DETRICK, Maryland - Army Staff Sgt. Rick Lash appears on stage during the National Physique Committee’s Northern USA Championships in Harrisburg, Pa. on Nov. 9, 2019. In just his second competition, Lash won first-place in his class, his division and the coveted Best in Show award.
