COVID-19 response solidifies medical logistical partnerships, training opportunities

Sherman and eight other Soldiers from the 6th Medical Logistics Management Center at Fort Detrick, Maryland, deployed to USAMMA’s three MMOD’s to supplement the workforce during the COVID-19 response as each depot saw spikes in work order requests.

Medical Logistics Management Internship Program celebrates 103rd graduating class

Eleven Soldiers were recognized for completing the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency's Medical Logistics Management Internship Program (MLMIP) during a graduation ceremony on June 23 at Fort Detrick, Maryland. The class was the 103rd since the program's inception in 1967.

USAMMC-E coordinates delivery of medical equipment, training for 3rd CAB, 3rd ID

Team members at the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center-Europe assist in unloading a Chinook helicopter carrying equipment for the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division on April 22. The 3rd CAB received dozens of mission-essential equipment replacements, including ventilators and defibrillators during the stopover.
