Medical (MOC-M):

• To request maintenance services from the MMOD’s you must coordinate through M3D’s MOC-M.
• Customers can request a maintenance work order by submitting a ticket through the following link:https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/T7RXSW7J3L
• If the ticketing service is not working, please email the MOC to request your RMA at usarmy.detrick.amlc.list.m3d-moc-m@army.mil
