AMLC will manually create messages within ECRI and disseminate to the MTFs.

Operational forces should visit the Medical Materiel Information Portal and use the MMQC Messages menu options to search, acknowledge and subscribe. (CAC required)

NOTE: Automatic email delivery of MMQC messages through subscriptions is not yet active.
